This is a movie that was influencing me in the last several months. It helped me to realize what's happening in the real world around - it brings a global prospective of the new processes us. It shows the influence of internet today, internet is not the future it's already present and we need to see it:)

One year story

A lot of time passed from the last time i was sharing with you and of course it doesn't mean that it was boring:) It was a great year with a lot of challenges, learning, fun and my favorite - Diversity!
It's hard to present it with few sentences but I'll try to transmit it somehow :).
1st fact I'm really happy with is that i met a lot of new people - some of them are really incredible. I had the chance to be inspired and to inspire them. I was in situations asking and learning and also doing this for the others. I found out that i like working with people and doing presentations and trainings for them - i discovered my coaching passion and I'm happy with the 1st results form it.

We had great time together looking for new talents. It was scary but it was challenge and at the end you feel strange - yor are happy that everything is over, you understand that you could perform better. Overall you feel nice because you know that the next challenge is comming and you will have the oppotunity to make the things happen in the way you want.
